1. How do I make a new booking?
1. Search and select the hotel. If the “Book” button is marked with “Available”, that means this type of rooms are open and you can be offered an instant confirmation.
2. If the “Book” button is marked with “On request”, that means this hotel does not accept online booking. You can request for the hotel and will get a reply within one working day.
3. If the “Book” button is marked with “Not Available”, that means it is closed for reservation of this type of rooms.
2. How do I make the payment for my booking?
In common cases, you pay the hotel directly upon check out. During special period, such as, trade fair, exhibitions, festival, the individual hotel may change their booking policy and requires the credit card information to guarantee your booking.
3. How to cancel a confirmed booking?
Sign in “My Reservation Order” by using the “Guest Name” and “Confirmation Number” on your confirmation letter, find your order and cancel it.
4. How to make a change to a confirmed booking?
4.1. Change the “Guest Information”:
          Sign in “My Reservation Order” by using the “Guest Name” and “Confirmation Number” on your confirmation letter, find your order and change the “Guest Information”.
4.2. Change the hotel, check in or check out date, the number of room, etc.: You can cancel the original booking firstly, then make a new reservation.
5. May I make a special request for hotel, such as " Non-smoking room "?
Yes. If you have special request for hotel, such as “Non-smoking room”, “Room on high floor”, “Late check out”, please write it on the “Other requests” area when you fulfill the reservation order. Your requests will be passed on to the hotel. Hotel will arrange according to hotel’s availability. Special services may be charged separately by the hotel.
6. How many rooms I can book one time?
You can book up to 5 rooms in one booking. If you want to book more than 5 rooms, please split into several bookings; Or contact the info@topchinatours.net, or annahuang@topchinatours.net and we will reply you within one working day.
7. Are there any booking fee via the online reservation system?
No, our system offers the hotel booking service for guests at no charge.
8. How can book a hotel which is not in the hotel list?
If you want to book a hotel which is not in our hotel list, please leave your message on “Ask a Question”, or contact info@topchinatours.net, or annahuang@topchinatours.net. We will contact the hotel and give a reply to you within one working day.
9. What does "" and "" mean in Hotel Rating?
"", means hotel rating.
"", means hotel quasi rating.
10. How about the room price on our system?
Our system offers up to 70% discount for China Hotel. The rate from our system will always be lower than the hotel rate you get at hotel reception when you check in.
11. In what case, the Credit Card Guarantee is needed? What’s your responsibility?
When you make the reservation, if your choice of arrival time exceeded the hotels' guarantee time period (18:00), or you required more than 3 rooms one time, your credit card information would be required by the hotel in order to guarantee your room. Without credit card information, your room will NOT be guaranteed. Your credit card information is for guarantee purpose only and will not be charged.
For Guaranteed Reservations, it’s no charge for cancellation by 18:00 on arrival day; The hotel may charge the guests for one night for bookings not cancelled by 18:00 on arrival day, or the guests do not showing up.
